An original creation crafted by industrial designer and product creator Bunshu Hachiro, who directly operates machine tools to shape each piece. The form embodies a refined aesthetic guided by thoughtful, meticulous design.
Built for long-lasting use, this product features a fully assembled structure where every component is fastened with screws to facilitate maintenance and repair. These original FACTRON screws feature a dedicated, specialized shape designed to be removed exclusively with a matching proprietary screwdriver.
During assembly, each component is carefully adjusted to account for subtle individual variations, ensuring balanced alignment throughout the finished piece. Screws are secured prior to shipping to prevent loosening; please refrain from disassembling the product yourself.

The Cobble card case is inspired by the smooth, rounded "river stones" found along riverbeds and beaches, polished by the waves.
While simple in design, it embodies FACTRON's meticulous attention to detail.
We deliver a sophisticated "everyday use" item that will make an impression in business settings.
It has a smooth, sleek feel, characteristic of milled products.
Available in two colors: shiny silver and black.
Each piece is meticulously milled from a single block of duralumin, taking time and effort,
and finished by hand, enhancing its value of ownership.
The material used is Duralumin A2017 (aluminum alloy), also used in aircraft.
Like smooth "river stones," each piece is meticulously milled and
hand-polished to maximize the metallic luster.
The gentle three-dimensional curved surface and the solid feel achieved through varying thicknesses
are difficult to express with products made by bending thin aluminum sheets.
Furthermore, there is an option to engrave your name or favorite words.
Unlike superficial processing like laser engraving, this involves carving the text into the material.
The body features tool marks characteristic of milled products.
The sides have a mirror finish.
The main body is assembled with FACTRON's original three-hole screws.
