Terms of payment
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. Your order is deemed confirmed only after your payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order acceptance email from us.

Shipping and Delivery Schedule
As a general rule, our products are made-to-order upon receipt of your order. For the estimated time until shipment, please refer to the top of the page. Please note that processing and shipping may take additional time depending on the order volume and the specific contents of your order.
Our business days exclude weekends, Japanese national holidays, and seasonal holidays (such as summer and winter breaks). Any temporary closures will be announced separately on our website.
Additionally, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing) once the package has been dispatched.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
As our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if the item you received is defective or if we are at fault, we will accept a return and cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that you must contact us with a detailed explanation of the item's condition prior to shipping it back. We reserve the right to refuse the receipt of any returned items sent to us without prior notice and consultation.
